Is my car safe in your parking place?

The security and well-care of your car is our number one priority. While in our care, your car will remain in our secure compound at all times. In addition to our security measures, here at Park & Depart, every car is insured up to €500,000.

When and how late can I make my booking?

We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, therefore you can make your booking by phone at all times, but is recommended that you inform us 24 hours before your flight. For online booking you must make you reservation at least 24 hours before your flight.

How is the price of my stay calculated?

Depend on the number of days and options you prefer, the price of your stay is calculated according to the tables in the Rates & Offers page. You can also find our special offers and deals.

What payment methods are accepted in Park & Depart?

We accept all major credit cards Visa,Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and payment in cash (Euro).

What if I return earlier or later than the date of my booking?

You can always change your flight as you prefer and we will always be at your service, but is recommended that you inform us about any changes of your travel plans at least 24 hours prior your flight. You will need to pay for extra days or we will subtract them if you return earlier, according* to our table in the Rates & Offers page.
*If the total price of your booking was subject to any Special Offers and prices, then there might be some differences in the calculation of the total amount of your booking.

I have a motorcycle. Can I leave it at Park & Depart? What are the rates for it?

We also accept motorcycles, however we do not offer the Valet Parking option for it, meaning that you must bring it directly to our compound and park it yourself. Our personnel will then take you in the Airport with one of our shuttles, free of charge, and bring you back at your arrival to collect your motorcycle. The rates for motorcycles have 30% discount from the original rates for cars, which can be found in the Rates & Offers page.

My car has a problem, or needs to be checked by a mechanic.

We have a professional auto mechanic that we cooperate for such cases. We can help for any mechanical issues that car has, as well as M.O.T. service, oil change and battery and parts replacement.

I have submitted my Booking Form, but I haven’t received an automatic reply (e-mail) for that.

When you submitted the Booking Form, if you got a response message at the bottom of the Booking Form “Thank you for booking with Park & Depart. Your booking information was sent successfully” in green border, that means that you have successfully send the information. There are a few reasons why you might not receive the automatic reply e-mail:
1. The e-mail address that you enter in the Booking Form was wrong. In that case, please enter the correct one and submit it again.
2. The e-mail went directly to your junk folder and not to your inbox.
3. There might be some delay. Check again in one hour.
If none of the reasons apply for you and at least one hour has passed without receiving the automatic reply, please call us directly at (+357) 99 244 200.

When you submitted the Booking Form, if you didn’t get a response message at the bottom of the Booking Form “Thank you for booking with Park & Depart. Your booking information was sent successfully” in green border, that means that you haven’t successfully send the information.
If the response is within yellow border, some of the information that you entered is wrong or not entered at all. Please enter the correct information and submit it again.
If the response is within orange border, it means that your form was identified as spam. One of the reason for this, is by entering wrong security code. If that is the case, please enter the correct security code and submit it again.
If the response is within red border, it means that the submission of your Booking Form has Failed. Please try reloading the page, enter the information and submit the Booking Form again, or try again by using a different browser.
In any case, if the problem still persist, please call us directly at (+357) 99 244 200.

I have submitted my Contact Form, but I haven’t received a reply in more than 48 hours.

When you submitted the Contact Form, if you got a response message at the bottom of the Booking Form “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” in green border, that means that you have successfully send your message and we will reply to you within 48 hours. If that time period has passed and still didn’t receive any reply, there are a few reasons why might this happened:
1. The e-mail address that you enter in the Contact Form was wrong. In that case, please enter the correct one and submit it again.
2. The e-mail went directly to your junk folder and not to your inbox.
If none of the reasons apply for you and at least 48 hours has passed without receiving a reply, please call us directly at (+357) 99 244 200.

I have submitted my details for subscription, but didn’t get a valid response message.

If after submitting your details, didn’t get “Thank you for subscribing to Park & Depart Monthly Newsletter.” response at the bottom of the Subscription Form in a green border, that means that you haven’t successfully send the information.
If the response is within yellow border, the information that you entered is wrong or not entered at all. Please enter the correct information and submit it again.
If the response is within orange border, it means that your form was identified as spam and in red border that has Failed. Please try reloading the page, enter the information and submit them again, or try by using a different browser.
